I received excellent customer service at Fabulous Optical from the store manager Ada. I have an eye prescription that's difficult to match with stylish frames, and Ada provided me with several fashionable options. The glasses were promised to be ready in 7-10 days and were delivered on time with the correct prescription. Ada went above and beyond for me today. Spent almost an hour if not more on the phone with my insurance to get me a FREE pair of glasses. I had got a pair this April and broke them in May. Ada was amazing and the MAIN REASON I shop with Fabulous is their customer service. Today it was Ada, last time it was someone else. No matter the day or time I always know that I'll be getting the best customer service there. I won't even think of buying anywhere else.
